Bronx, New York: The Chief Joseph Chatoyer Garifuna Folkloric Ballet of New York will be going from home to home, singing Garifuna Christmas songs throughout the Bronx and Harlem on SATURDAY, December 21st 2013.
This is the third year that the Chief Joseph Chatoyer Folkloric Ballet of New York will be singing Garifuna Holiday songs during the Christmas season. Sung in the Garifuna musical genre of Paranda, this activity is an attempt to revive traditional Garifuna singing to families of Garifuna descent. Those interested should be prepared for lots of Garifuna singing and Garifuna drumming.

The Chief Joseph Chatoyer Garifuna Folkloric Ballet of New York will be going from home to home, apartment to apartment singing Garifuna Holiday songs throughout Harlem and the Bronx from 5pm to 5am on SATURDAY, December 21st 2013. They hope to sing Garifuna holiday songs in Brooklyn on another date.
