New Brunswick, New Jersey — The American Studies Department of Rutgers University in New Jersey has announced that the Garifuna people will be the ethnic group whose history, heritage, culture and folk traditions will be celebrated through food, music and craft demonstrations at The 2013 New Jersey Folk Festival; which will take place on SATURDAY April 27th 2013 at Rutgers University from 10am to 6pm.
