Brooklyn, New York – The members of The Council of St. Vincent and The Grenadines Organizations USA, Inc (COSAGO) have selected Chairman of The Board of The Garifuna Coalition, Jose Francisco Avila, as one of two people to be honored at COSAGO’s annual Luncheon commemorating the Independence of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. St. Vincent is the ancestral land of the Garifuna people. The luncheon will take place on SUNDAY October 28th 2012.
