New York City, New York — Filmmaker Jeff Warley is in the midst of trying to raise $12,000 so that he can finish his documentary on The Happy Land Social Club Fire Tragedy.   This fire was a tragic arson that was the result of a crime of passion that brought the New York City Garifuna community out of obscurity and into infamy on March 25th 1990.
