Bronx, New York — The Garifuna Coalition USA, Inc has announced that SULMA ARZU-BROWN was appointed new Managing Director of The Garifuna Coalition USA Inc after an exhaustive, months long search which began in late 2011.  She started on MONDAY, July 11th 2011 and takes over from Jose Francisco Avila, the chairman of the Board of The Garifuna Coalition USA Inc who had also been serving as interim Executive Director.
